The Center for STEM Education offers three graduate programs: a STEM Education Certificate, a Masters in STEM Education, and a Ph.D. program in STEM Education. Our STEM Education courses are taught synchronously online, but our program offers an abundance of opportunities to be involved in Center activities, outreach, and milestone work in person on the Hattiesburg and Gulf Park campus. Our graduate STEM Education courses offer a wide variety of content for students to explore in addition to the content courses taken in their chosen STEM area. Our students are also given opportunities to work with faculty members on their STEM education research programs and outreach and/or conduct research in their own classrooms or learning environments. They can pursue co-authorship opportunities, apply for conference attendance, and other professional growth opportunities on and off campus.
