Strength and Conditioning Minor


A minor in Strength and Conditioning provides students with an understanding of the principles, methodologies, and practical applications associated with optimizing physical performance and fitness through resistance training. This minor is designed to complement various majors by offering specialized knowledge in the realm of strength and conditioning, while also preparing students to sit for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) examination.
