Prerequisite(s): MUS 100 or permission of instructor. Must be a music major or minor. Scales, intervals, and part-writing using triads, the dominant seventh chord, non-harmonic tones, modulation, dictation, and sight- singing. Concurrent registration in MUS 101L required. (CC 1214)
