Prerequisite(s): BSC 110 /BSC 110L . CHE 106 /CHE 106L , Grade of C or better in HPR 202 , HPR 308 , HPR 308L ; NFS 362 . Only HPR majors and minors possessing a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or permission of instructor. The analysis and synthesis of available literature relative to nutrition and human performance.
