HTM 345 - Customer Services Management

This course is designed to understand, challenge, and refine the principles of guest service management in any hospitality, tourism, and service-oriented organization. Theories and concepts of service will be explored with emphasis on identifying customer preferences and a systematic process for organizations to design service delivery systems and implement a successful quality environment that consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.
