MUS 301 - 20-21st Century Music

2 hrs.
Prerequisite(s): MUS 102  and MUS 102L . This course surveys the salient stylistic trends and examines significant compositional practices in music since 1900. Examples of composers studied include Stravinsky, Crumb, Libby Larsen, and Judith Zaimont.
