MKT 365 - Consumer Behavior3 hrs. This course examines consumer behavior through applicable theories to understand factors that shape consumer value. Through studying the effects of factors such as personality, motivation, perception, learning, attitudes, culture, social influence, and lifestyle on buying situations, marketers will be able to address and meet the needs of the marketplace. This course cannot be taken in student¿s final semester of work in the program (last 15 hours of work).
