The Business Management Certificate is a 12 hour curriculum that provides foundational knowledge and skills in four areas of business management: Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and International. The certificate program will be offered both face to face and online, and is designed for students with non-business undergraduate degrees. The Certificate in Business Management Essentials is open to non-business majors and members of the business community that have an interest in developing or augmenting their management skills.

- In order to receive the certificate, students must receive no lower than a “C” and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA in the certificate courses. Of note, all of the courses listed above currently exist and are taught regularly.
- Students in all majors are welcomed to obtain the Business Management Essential certificate.
- MGT 300 is a pre-requisites for MGT 364 and 454.
- Junior standing is a pre-requisites for MGT 375 and MGT 495.
- Pre-requisites are waived for non-degree seeking students only.
