Course Requirements

Nonbusiness students minoring in management must complete 18 hours as follows:

ECO 201 - Principles of Macroeconomics 3 hrs.
MGT 300 - Management for Organizations 3 hrs.

12 hours from:

MGT 325 - Operations Management 3 hrs.
MGT 364 - Human Resource Management 3 hrs.
MGT 375 - Introduction to Entrepreneurship 3 hrs.
MGT 454 - Organizational Behavior 3 hrs.
MGT 455 - Organization Theory 3 hrs.
MGT 465 - Production and Operations Management 3 hrs. (Prerequisites: BA 201 , MGT 300 , MGT 325 )
MGT 468 - Compensation Administration & Performance Management 3 hrs.
MGT 472 - Advanced Human Resource Management 3 hrs.
MGT 475 - New Venture Creation 3 hrs. (Prerequisites: MGT 375 , FFIN 380 )
MGT 480 - Leadership 3 hrs.
MGT 495 - International Management 3 hrs.
