The School of Social Science and Global Studies provides students with the opportunity to explore a variety of fields that relate to the social, political, economic, and cultural dimensions of the world and the human experience. The school offers a Master of Arts (MA) in anthropology and political science; a Master of Arts in the Teaching of Languages (MATL) with emphases in Spanish, French, or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL); a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in international development. The school also offers a certificate in Non-profit Studies and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
