In the era of global marketplace, business competitions have evolved to the supply chain level. Successful business leaders need to efficiently plan and manage both material and information flows along the entire supply chain from suppliers to ultimate consumers. The supply chain management certificate is designed to deliver practical skills in marketing, merchandising, distribution, and financial analysis. Students graduate with the supply chain management certificate are expected to take the leadership role as a supply chain manager or consultant to handle the complexity in the supply chain.

Academic Policies and Requirements for Certificates:
University Requirements:
- A maximum of 3 hours of transfer credit may be used to satisfy certificate requirements.
- No grade below C will be acceptable for certificate courses.
- A minimum GPA of 2.500 is required for certificate course work.
- At least 50 percent of the hours required for a certificate should be outside the DEG01 requirements of the student’s undergraduate major.
Hours to Certificate: 12 hours

Note:
For those students whose major are not in the College of Business and Economic Development, they need to take MKT 300 in order to take MKT and MER course and FIN 300 in order to take FIN courses.
