A fully online program, the Education Specialist degree in Educational Administration prepares graduates for P-12 school leadership. Students enrolled in this program will be required to complete a one-semester administrative practicum course. Students will identify a mentor (Principal or Assistant Principal) who will agree to supervise the student during the practicum experience and evaluate the student's performance at its conclusion.
Applicants are not required to possess a master's degree in Educational Administration; however, they must currently hold an educator license and have at least one year of teaching experience.
