The hospitality and tourism management degree program offers students three track options in: 1) event management, 2) food and beverage management, and 3) hotel and casino resort management. Students who graduate with a degree in hospitality and tourism management will have a strategic focus when seeking employment including: hotels, restaurants, casinos, events management, entertainment, attractions and cruises, clubs and spa management, all in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.
A number of courses offered in hospitality and tourism management do not have prerequisites and are excellent choices for electives, including HTM 100 , HTM 340 , HTM 345 , and HTM 375 .
