Overview
The Instructional Technology and Design (ITD) Certificate provides graduate-level students the opportunity to explore the field of instructional technology and design. The ITD Certificate offers students a chance to expand their professional development, integrate technology in the workplace, explore ITD as a career option, and obtain credentials for career advancement. Students from any discipline may pursue the ITD Certificate. Courses taken in the ITD Certificate Program can be applied as the ITD emphasis in the Human Capital Development graduate programs.
Admission Requirements
In addition to the Admission Requirements and Procedures , the minimum standards for regular admission are as follows:
- Possess an earned baccalaureate degree from an institution approved by a recognized accrediting agency.
- Possess a GPA of 3.0 on the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework.
Program Requirements and Academic Policies
Students planning to obtain an Instructional Technology and Design (ITD) Certificate are required to take 12 semester hours from the School of Interdisciplinary Studies and Professional Development. All coursework is offered online.
