Notes:
Due to state licensure requirements, the Elementary Education/Special Education K-12 (Dual Licensure) degree plan does not include electives. Students take only 12 hours during their senior second semester because of the intensity of the work load for student teaching. Because this degree plan consists of 136 hours, one summer semester is required.
Licensure: This program is designed to meet the licensure requirements of the State of Mississippi Department of Education. Students who plan to complete this program should consult the Teacher Education Program Requirements for program admission, progression, and teacher candidacy requirements.
