ENG 414 - Studies in LGBTQ Literature

Prerequisite(s): ENG 101 and ENG 102. Studies in LGBTQ Literature will examine not only the contributions of writers who have depicted the experience, lives, and contributions of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and non-heteronormative peoples across time and across national spaces, but also explore the contributions of Queer writing to literary form and content, engaging with works across the full range of literary genres representative of the lives of LGBTQ people as well as their communities and histories.
