NFS 410 - Macronutrient Metabolism

3 hrs.
Prerequisite(s): CHE 420  or CHE 110 /CHE 110L , NFS 362  and 2.5 GPA in required science courses. The study of carbohydrates, protein and fat in human metabolism; metabolic pathways are explored.
