ACC 630 - Corporate and Partnership Taxation

3 hrs.
Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in ACC 430.  Emphasis on federal laws and regulations applicable to C and S corporations, partnerships, and tax administration and practice. Basic analysis of tax planning and compliance will also be covered in the course.
