HTM 388 - Food and Beverage Operations

Prerequisite(s): At least junior standing (60 hours completed).  This course is designed as an overview of contemporary issues in food and beverage management. Students will learn all aspects of food and beverage operations, including organization, selling, serving, marketing, and consumption.
