HTM 300 - Principles of Hospitality and Tourism Management

3 hrs.
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing.  This course is designed to provide an introduction to the discipline of hospitality and tourism. Students examine tourism as a social phenomenon with an analysis of travel behavior, the impacts of tourism, and the humanistic dimensions of the tourism industry.
