NFS 660 - Advanced Practice in Nutrition and Food Systems II

3 hrs.
Prerequisite(s): Student must be in supervised practice.  This course emphasizes integration of nutritional science concepts with foodservice systems in delivery of food and nutrition to clients in a variety of settings.
