FCS 631 - Dimensions of Learning in Family and Consumer Sciences Education II3 hrs. Prerequisite(s): FCS 630 . The second of a two-semester course sequence providing a broad introduction to the concepts, contexts, and practices of teaching, as well as specific instruction in secondary family and consumer sciences methods. Enrollment is restricted to students admitted to the master of arts in teaching (MAT) degree program. This course includes a clinical supervision component.
