Prerequisite(s): Must be a music major or minor and passed MUS 100 or scored 80% or better on the preview theory test. Scales, intervals, and part-writing using triads, the dominant seventh chord, non-harmonic tones, modulation, dictation, and sight- singing. Concurrent registration in MUS 101L required. (CC 1214)
