CJ 600 - Seminar in Theory of Criminal Justice

3 hrs.
Prerequisite(s): CJ 325 or equivalent, and consent of instructor. An intensive examination of the theory of justice generally, and of corrective justice in particular, exploiting the published works of leading thinkers from Plato to the present.
